Furthermore, when these 'connections' do overheat they will not trip a circuit breaker per se (typically activated by excess current), but instead could become 'hot' enough to ignite the surroundings.Assuming it hasn't been a problem for 30-40 years is also a misconception, because the longer these splices/connections etc are allowed to deteriorate the greater the potential for a fire hazard.Good luck !!!

In the middle of HELOC process, the bank appraiser found out that our single family primary home was built on multi family zone, therefore the bank was hesitant to get us the HELOC.After multiple trips to the City Zoning office, we are advised that the status is illegal non-conforming and we should submit petition for rezoning.

I banned them from my property for future bookings and I now pay particular attention to guests that book 'last minute' as most families and those over 30 will usually plan their vacations and trips well in advance.

My reasoning is it simplifies research, allows me to use one manager that hopefully is good (may take some trial and error), and may allow for an occasional checkup trip (these would be fairly rare though).Anyone else buy remotely?
