I have'n't really used any of these lead software generating systems except for RealGeeks which captures leads after they view our website for while and then provide their info - its not a bad system but has a very low conversion rate - mostly I think cause they just want to look at the website , but are forced into providing contact info to keep looking - and a lot of them are just tire kickers.

Keep in mind I'm on the "tire-kicker" end of the scale, as opposed to the "I have an approval letter from a lender" end of the scale and I don't want to make some horrible breach of etiquette.

We've seen that a postcard gets around a .5% response rate of mostly quality calls, while a letter tends to get around a 9% response rate of various calls (angry calls, curious calls, tire-kickers, and motivated calls mixed together).
