The problem with PMBs (Private Mail Boxes) is if the company goes out of business or you wish to use a different option USPS doesn't allow you to forward your mail out of a PMB address.

I have seen it before with a few of my clients that they were able to utilize a Sec. 721/1031 transfer to move the assets into a REIT or other similar activity depending on the type of business.

if a new broker takes the listing an unsigned release has zero effect on their commission these are separate transactions and the old agent is not privy to them nor should they be its non of their business.. again your full of misinformation..
