Their pricing also up there (though they want you to call to get the "latest" price, I've heard it ranges from $1000-$4000) You can spot a SSWP site from a mile away because they all basically look the same.

They must work since many use them, but then you have more work sifting through the mail, making calls, cutting out the less serious and motivated, the "what can I get" bunch, then begin in the same spot you would if your waitress said my uncle is wanting to sell his house.

that could be your problem if the line is shallow it could be frozen. it could have damned up if you have a root problem at that area or a flat spot or back pitched. wait for warmer weather and dig up at the spot were the hose stopped.
