Hi everyone.What kind of contractors should I have on speed-dial in case of any emergency repairs?

The more doors you own, and more partial payers, folks who need to pay rent on their paycheck dates not on the 1st.

Seems like she knows how to play the system pretty well and I have taken her to court and she missed court date twice but she filed motion to set aside judgement and judge just issued her with another 30days for a different hearing.

As far as timeline goes, I will meet with the lender this week and once I make the offer and the offer is accepted, I’m told this hard money lender has pretty good teams that flip houses in 6-8 weeks, so hopefully from date of purchase I can have it back on the market in 2.5 months at most and sold in less than 30 days.

Hi I have an Out of state property that I need to close on fast within the next few days or at least have the funds readily available to extend the Closing Date.

First Hard money lender dropped the ball and we missed our initial closing date.
