Microsoft dominates software and even purchased GitHub, taking over the "open source", which is the domain of small developers. 

One will be paid off in 2, one in 3, and one in 7.My husband is 46 and works full time from home in software engineering.  

Has anyone used cost estimating software they would recommend.

I think redesigning the layout would really improve the house, but I know nothing about designing or floor plans or anything (I am a dentist by day 🦷 ) Is there a good floor planning software that is recommended or would you hire a professional to help figure out how reconfigure the space?

I've been looking into several property management softwares and recently came across apartments.com which is free.

Many software programs lets people pay individually which is great, but bottom line the rent needs paid at the beginning of the month.

Some software will make adjustments for different number of bedrooms or bathrooms.

I'm 32, a software developer and my wife and I have 2 young children with a 3rd on the way. 

I know there are tons of software choices out there, but I don't see an option that would easily allow that.
