As a BH investor, time smooths out the down cycles, IF your area has an overall upward trend. 

He runs a very professional operation which is great at appreciating your rents, finding quality tenants, and keeping your investment running as smoothly as possible.  

My advice for you would be to try self managing first; if time, energy or interest doesn't allow for that to run smoothly, THEN look for the right management company to partner with!

On a side note, I used the BiggerPockets/TransUnion tenant screening and it worked very smoothly.

Scrolling should now be smooth as silk and because we shrunk the amount of code it took to create this by 2/3, all forum pages should load more quickly as well.- We've increased the font sizes around the forums.
