Sometimes you can search the online county records for this information.In addition, I believe it is required by all states that the individual counties must publish (in a public publication) the list of all properties that will be auctioned off on the courthouse steps (this would include all foreclosures).

I did some things right with that first rental (scheduling an open house instead of individual appointments, for example, and screening applicants) but there's definitely room for improvement.

Then, suck it up and go speak with the individual or individuals who spoke about the strategy that you found interesting.  

@Jake KnightI do know of companies and individuals that do really well at wholesaling, but it can be difficult to sustain as you have to do it every month, but if you have integrity and do it right, and build a SYSTEM, I have seen it sustained and can be a good model.  

I would like to connect with other individuals in terms Austin area and learn more cool things.My focus right now is wholesale.
