Look for listings with at least 40 reviews, look at the host profiles and find someone with multiple listings.

We had not talked about it during the LOI negotiations, the issue popped up during the draft lease review process.

As others have said I would try to get into a small deal without partners yourself, once you learn the ropes and I've done a few you'll be able to have the connections and know what to do next.

I was able to speak with another investor that used them and gave them a good review.

If you end up getting a Property Management company, they will typically have a lease (would still be a good idea to take their lease to your attorney for review)As for property management, hiring a company can make things a lot easier, especially if you’re managing from out of state.

We currently have around 175K in equity in our house we are willing to access some of it utilizing a HELOC but we want to get connected with investors that can help us walk through this!
