From what someone who's been wholesaling almost exclusively for 20 years told me once, wholesaling is a pretty recession-proof business.

We own two additional lots in our sub-division, one of which I picked up at a bargain price in the depths of the real estate recession.

With soaring inflation and another recession looming, homeowners and investors are all asking the same question.

The key is to invest in an asset class that will produce cash flow, even through a recession.

Good thing, the prices don't fall in recession!  

Rental in Stamford @Andres Bernal recently just did a Mr.Shower door glass door on my studio, new kitchen (counters, cabinets, sink), wood floors, custom closets, recessed lighting, fridge, microwave, paint, a/c. 

It goes to prove how competitive our market has been even as we came out of the Great Recession.

A better strategy may be to wait and purchase during the next recession.
