Good morning everyone, got an easy question today as says the title.I’m a Realtor operating in and local to South West Florida - a rapidly growing region of the country.

Durham has been rapidly expanding for years, so it is in full drive mode to make the downtown areas more appealing, as well as able to accommodate more people. 

Property was purchased as buy & hold, but market conditions improved rapidly and sale followed shortly thereafter.

Matt;I live in Cedar Rapids and have investment property in Waterloo and Vinton.

We also don't seem to get such drastic rapid appreciation as some other cities do.  

I think that idea about the city -- and the property values that come with it -- are changing rapidly.
