Devon Cornwall What are the thoughts on Keyspire?
3 June 2019 | 1 reply
We have access to exclusive investment opportunities. We've been referred to top-performing power team members. We saved over $2000/yr in insurance premiums when we switched our 3 pre-Keyspire income properties to their broker's national program.I was able to negotiate a further 23k reduction off the purchase price of a property based directly on what I learned from a Keyspire mentor. It's a big investment and certainly an individual decision based on your circumstances and goals.

We purchased the house as an investment property to rent out. we have the rent set at 1695, which seems right in the ball park for the area, given the other ads I've read. nice curb appeal , extended family room with vaulted ceilings, pergo and wood flooring on the first floor, bathrooms redone, nice window treatments, all appliances in kitchen, washer/dryer--total move in condition. and good school district. i've only had two calls in a little over 3 weeks. is winter just a tougher time to find tenants?

I'm 18 and I want to buy my first parcel of land, it's in this area of Minnesota and you have to pay a yearly association fee of $100 per lot you own. There are two main lots I am trying to decide between:- One is $7,400 and is .85 of an acre and is heavily wooded.- The other is $14,500 and is 1.67 of an acre, heavily wooded with 3 junky buildings on it.I'm either going to buy one or the other (or at least I feel pretty compelled to.)
