:shock: i think it needs to come down at least $30k in order to be a good investment but thats only according to zillow.com and not real comps. and i really didn't get to look at the inside but did peak through the windows. still..i might take a look at it and see if i can get more comps and assuming the worst until/if i take it a look at it. oh and i like reading this "blog post" i was actually going to see if anyone blogs about their rehabs i think its IMMENSLY helpful!
