We came from a our single family home and have never had bed bug issues before, and within 2 months of moving in my husband was getting bit and shortly after we found our first bed bug.We immediately called an exterminator and he spent about an hour taking apart our unit and found one dead bed bug.But then we went downstairs and within 2 seconds he found HUNDREDS on this guys couch, dozens on his kids beds (new mattresses I might add) and all over his furniture.

This is two houses on one property and the house I am looking for help with is the one I will live in, not the rental.The garage was converted years ago into the garage but the cement was just covered with glued on indoor/outdoor carpet.

Our current place doesn't have much outdoor space, we would gain that with this property.  

Only two things not optional for my welcome basket are 2x picture hanging kits, and a bunch of those felt sticky things for furniture legs.

In my spare time which seems like there is next to none these days, I like and enjoy the outdoors.

I'm definitely willing extend my experience in UI/UX Design (websites and mobile apps) and furniture rehab in exchange for knowledge and experience.

They have not moved all of their Furniture in.

Every big ticket item (long vacation, stylish automobile, new furniture, HVAC replacement in our home, etc) would have required either months of saving and planning and/or dipping heavily into savings. 

I assume there will be an issue once appraisal comes out to apprais the property and see six units in the propertyI remember one thread where the building under question was an (unauthorized) 5-plex because of the later-added basement unit, and the FHA Loan was approved because the seller just put a covering over the furniture and disconnected the toilet (so that it only had 4 livable units).
