I am looking for Recommendations on software that can be used to track owner financed deals.

I’m just looking for what everyone thinks is the best computer software program for keeping up with income, expenses, taxes, etc...thanks!

I'm a 24 year old software engineer living in Austin Texas, and am looking to do a multi-family house hack in September and begin my real-estate journey.

I want to know, personally, how to get started with owning rental properties but don't know where to start.Areas I would interested to know more about would be:1)business entity set up 2)tax-advantaged strategies 3)setting up most of my business on 'auto-pilot' so I can focus on my career but start building up a passive income source4) what types of excel sheets or other types of software you guys use to manage your real estate and run basic evaluation as to whether or not a property can be a good investment5) what types of things I should be looking for or aware of while starting out that you wish you had known before getting started6) good sources of financing or places to look for when buying an investment propertyIf there's anything else you can think of I would really appreciate your personal input!

I love my job (I'm a software engineer) and have no plans to leave it, but if something happens to me (or my job) where I'm no longer able to trade my time for money then my life will likely change for the worse.

The other option is a DIY software from companies like KPMG.Most importantly: before investing in cost seg, make sure you can benefit from extra deductions, considering your mention of high income.

Any way i can add a user to my network so i can monitor there calls or do i have to use a different platform?
