Hi @Lotta Rozenson,In some cases, taking a Section 179 deduction can end up giving you a bigger deduction than bonus depreciation, especially with bonus depreciation being reduced to 80% for 2023, as @Sean O'Keefe mentioned previously.

I think Installments sound strange and like a lot of problems waiting to happen, not to mention the risk of not being able to sell and then being out the carry costs, etc. 

The geographic area that you mentioned is huge, especially when you consider the outlying areas.

Why wait that long to clean it? 

@Dave Hart, costs and taxes may sound like a valid reason to raise rent and probably makes sense if you mention rising costs to a tenant but in reality they have nothing directly to do with whether you should raise rent or by how much.
