One thing I noticed on the drawing is that they have the porch (with measurements) documented but the backyard only documents a stoop and but now there is a full deck that is apart of the house.

Some drain companies will inspect it but doesn't leave you with a recording, so make sure they use a good measurement - the screen should show a distance as he incrementally feed the camera cable, and if you/him see the trouble spot, slow down and go back and forth to get a good view.

It's just a really, really poor measure and yet it's so common for people to keep referencing it.No doubt it's important for people who need to see money coming into their bank account every month so they can do whatever they do with it, and no doubt some investments that throw off free cash flow are great investments ...
