Biggest hurdle for me is going to be pulling the trigger and purchasing.

Once you find a deal that works for you, pull the trigger and don't hesitate because in the Real Estate Investing world speed always wins and if you're not quick to make decisions, more seasoned investors will beat you to the punch every time.

Hi All,I am ready to pull the trigger on the right deal for my first property purchase.

Sounds naive but id like to pretend to not know anything at all so I am fully educated and knowledgable before pulling trigger.

Don’t forget to tag anyone you talk to inside a forum (this triggers an e-mail so they know to check the forum again).

We have gone out and looked at a few, but haven't stumbled upon one we are ready to pull the trigger on yet.

Complete the analysis process on those "sample" properties so you can determine exactly what price point, property condition, and market best fits your investment plan when you're ready to pull the trigger.  3.  

If you cant purchase it for the right price and increase the rent then I wouldn't pull the trigger on this deal.

I have personally never used this strategy yet, but I'm ready to pull the trigger if I need to.
