They do not have that many parts so are easy to maintain and are pretty bullet proof.

@Marcus Auerbach,I have had very mixed experiences.. personally, I don't like rentals near my house, because it's so easy to to identify them-- they're the ones with overgrown bushes and poorly maintained lawns, and probably 3+ cars.
