I believe you perceive your fears to be legit, but (in my humble opinion) you could be living comfortably off of a 10th of your income while investing the rest for an early, secure retirement!

Some fees could be legit while some could be junk.

I see investors on this platform all the time talk about scaling their business quickly and having portfolios of 10, 20, 40+ rental properties.

You can open an account with a crowdfunding platform or a brokerage house in the name of the IRA-owned LLC. 

I did some research and came across multiple posts indicating that Auction.com is not the best platform.

In Facebook groups, I see people referring legit sounding companies to do the GC work. 

You can see some good pictures of recently renovated mid-range priced houses that have been sold but not yet closed if you check out any of the residential listing platforms to see what the finished product might look like. 

1&3 are straight up legit....#2, not so much.
