I am interested in wholesaling, fix and flips, buy and holds, and thanks to Bigger Pockets, I am learning more about different strategies on a consistent basis! 

Back in January I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets after my wife and I bought a condo out here for use as a future rental property.

Instead of complaining about my 40-45 minute commute to work, I utilized this time to listen to Bigger Pockets Podcast and listen to real estate audio books.2.)

Hello everyone, I'm a new member to Bigger Pockets.  

I'm new on Bigger Pockets and to the world of real estate investing, but I am eager to learn and get started.

So far, I've really learned a lot about the many facets of deal analysis and in particular, the components within the Bigger Pockets calculators that I can safely assume on...

I am putting 5% down and with closing costs I have to come up with about $20,000 out of pocket.
