Some of them imposed by the government for conventional mortgages, some internal, and most frustratingly, some ‘unwritten’.

Anyone with any experience in these international transactions?

I have a company SIMPLE IRA which is about 70% International and Emerging Markets.

Sometimes even the PM/landlord if approval is still needed on a job.Since we've built this strong network of contractors and on-demand property managers with an effective communication platform, our internal team isn't being bogged down by unnecessary touch points and only act on jobs that require assistance. 

Not to mention all the uncertainty of legislation on that market type.
