Our process is fairly straight forward: contact is made, we chat, we send them an app and get the information we need for background & criminal checks, we then meet them in person at a public place...unless it's a current renter referral and we might meet them at the house their friend is renting....if the meeting goes well and the person checks out, we then show them some property.

I just started interacting on BP this week and have already had a ton of advice tossed my way!!

Rather than chatting with people or taking a lunch break, I would recommend that you go back to your car and look over the cheat sheet and quickly look over all the question that were not tested in the first half as they will appear on the second 2.5 hour session of the exam.

Whether they will admit it or not, people who want to interact with you will be negatively affected by a grammatically error filled profile.I'm not saying you should have the world's best write up, I'm just saying that it would be very beneficial if you didn't have any grammatical errors in your profile.
