Either that or I imagined it.   

I'd imagine getting medical staff/students is fairly easy as you get in close proximity to the campus, but I also know that some of these neighborhoods bring mixed opinions.

Try to find out circumstances, e.g. if the home was not taken care of on outside of 15 years that can help you imagine that to be on inside as well.

I'm not sure what requirements they have, but imagine there is some type of experience they are looking for prior to an interview.

I can only imagine what would happen the moment an AirBNB guest accidentally broke something, was unintentionally loud, arrived at 11:00 at night and made some noise or what have you.Offering some dirty, filthy money in exchange for increased opportunities to make yourself even wealthier (like Scrooge McDuck doing the back stroke in a pile of gold coins), will not be received well.
