It's 200 yards away from the golf course, 1/4 mile from the Lake Michigan and the City looks to be investing money in the area, fixing up the beaches, putting in new sidewalks and gas lines.  

AS they were being evicted, the dug guy's momma was having to move all the stuff from the home all teh while screaming that her son "Bees a good boy, he do nuffin wrong"Good luck and be persistent...don't be afraid to keep that log and show it to every swinging cop with some stripe or rank on their collar....AND THEIR BOSSES!!!

Maybe they don't go as low, and come back stronger afterwards, but they still swing.

Comps around the house ranged from $155-$195 and I'm swinging for the top end of that!

Demo kicked off this morning, I'll try and swing by for some pictures this afternoon.Our guesstimate for construction was $125k based on one brief walk through many months ago without the benefit of our GC tagging along.

I would live in a tree cabin, with a swing bridge to a sitting lookout deck. 

My point is that when the market pulls back everyone will still lose equity, but now you've got someone in the midwest who is losing equity far faster than normal because they are absorbing west coast markets far more dramatic market swings.

These homes can swing from highly profitable to disasters in a heartbeat.

The property is located in a continuous residential neighborhood, with additional stable, luxury golf course community homes (Gray Eagle) situated to the west and north and with multimillion dollar lake front estate homes to the south surrounding Geist Reservoir.

I get it.. but its still pretty boring if you don't play golf and have a ton of dough to join one of the top clubs..
