I think my game plan will now be to get tenants in place on a month to month lease.

@Charles ElliottI don’t remember who said this, but I’ve heard this on BP many times over, “Cashflow keeps you in the game, equity builds you wealth.”My vote is for holding onto the property if you find the numbers work for you and find someone you trust to manage the property.

New to the investing game and looking for your guys advice!

I'm new in the game and looking to buy my first multi-unit property to house hack. 

The unit also has a pool ,hot tub,under ground parking and game room.

I thought about setting up a game room, arcade, movie theatre, or virtual reality stations.Any ideas are welcome!

Most lenders are hesitant to give you financing with no skin in the game for the first deal. 

I know some investors who have been in the game for a while who kick themselves for selling a property they once owned and now see how much it's worth. 

This is all super fun though, figuring out the nuances to this game

I am looking to finally get into the real estate rental game and want to find a decent home with minimal work needed to make it look more modern so i can start using the house hacking strategy. 🏡 🔑💸so my question is:When applying for a loan do you go straight through the bank you you been banking with or can i go to other banks and apply?
