Its a REO and I had to present my offer using a web site.

Still trying to learn the fundamentals to a successful real estate investing business.

It turns all that day dreaming, reading and web surfing into reality.

Rather than trying to short cut things, I'd advise taking the time to learn the fundamentals of personal finance so that you can save some money to invest, and learn the fundamentals of real estate investing so that you will know how to analyze and execute investments properly.

So i figured, through all blogs here, to get access to MLS i have to be licensed agent. but i found this one http://www.mls.com/ and its only 49.00$ a monts and didn't require any proof of license. so my question: am i using a wrong web?  

Is it through a web form?
