Been a fun season, just trying to figure out how and when to close out.

Cold Calling isn't fun, but I've found its a lot more productive then direct mail. 

As a buyer's agent, it was a little more fun as we could negotiate instead of just throwing money at a house.But now ...Just anecdotally, Denver seems to have reverted.

Going into a house you bought w/o seeing the inside is a fun drug.

Big burly guys that drive jacked up 4x4s, smell like diesel, chew tobacco in their sleep, and have a scorpion tat on their neck.
