P.s I don’t plan on selling anytime soon.yeah, thats the plan now,  I really wanna change the bathroom out tho  I get it  do whatever is needed to pass the inspection, SAFE, and Clean, do not go overboard you will not get anymore rent doing it like an homeowner was buying it . 

Life circumstances changed and we ended up living out of state and renting it out.

. $400 is tough to recover in one change without triggering a move.I have learned the hard way that I really should not skip rent increases every year, even if they are small.

At the time the judge issued the injunction, the mayor of Honolulu was furious and had a press conference where he stated he would try to change the law at the state level to allow the county to outlaw 30 day rentals.

Does anyone actually believe the reported inflation rate or that US denominated debts (worldwide) will ever be repaid? 

Have they changed or is it still problematic site to do business on?
