The express bus to the city is around the corner, and across the street are two brand new 1.2 Mil homes, next door is a zestimate of 637K and is an alike but single family home.

The great thing is that everything will be brand new.

There are multi-use zoning overlays covering hundreds of acres while you can get off a brand new toll road onto a two lane road with raw land all around.It may not be THE BEST market in Florida, I don't pretend to know the entire state.  

@Tim Herman even when everything is brand new you still put the CapEX budget pretty high ?
