So I would focus on how much closer you a getting to your dreams and now how much work is left!

Have no idea, I'm beginning to think gurus have conventions where they do nothing more than dream up new names for old stuff.

We all have dreams and my hope is to one day accomplish mines.

I'm also thinking of reading up on outer state properties but afraid to risk failing because I'm working too hard and don't want to waist 3 years but it's always been my dream to be a landlord.

It's great to be in a place where I can meet like minded people and be able to pursue my dream.......I told myself this year of 2015 will be my year....My Breakthrough Year.....

Always happy to see the other Chicago-area-ans on the forum.I don't know a great deal about Renatus, but from the look of their site, they are selling a guru-like dream to folks who want to hit it big.

Now you would think after all these years of reading and dreaming of my first deal I would already have a structure deal down.

When I first used these words, my friends laughed and thought I was crazy but those that know me well no longer laugh at my dreams.  

Ultimately, I hope to find a mentor through BP to help me realize my real estate dreams so that one day I may pay it forward and do the same for the many others looking to get their start in real estate!

I am definitely keeping my eye on Oakland, especially since I work there and the commute would be a dream.
