You might explain how an early payoff of a discounted note decreases your yield, it doesn't, it increases, your money is out for less time and the discount is paid sooner, yield increases, that's a good thing.Later, :)

I am a big fan of the show income Income Property and to me its more real than most of the others and from what I gather the home owners get a 35% discount off of the total price plus free staging and professional photos.
