If I was managing that property, I'd fall for every dead dog, sick goldfish, lost job, excuse for not paying, being late, etc.

I had a Section 8 tenant... once.Less than a year in, dead of winter, got a scathing letter from the tenant... from jail.

That is the dead giveaway it's not legit.

The bill could easily exceed $600 a month if they crank it down to 68 degrees and the AC would be dead within a year.  

My doorbell was dead for a month because it was booked solid/winter texas storm so I couldn't get it recharged.

City staff has also been a bit of a dead end for me.Would like someone local and don't think there are too many BP pro's in my area with this expertise (Northern Michigan).

I don't want to start with turnkeys and find out 5 years later that they're dead weight.If you are a turnkey provider, please refrain from chiming in on this one.

I have never found a dead predator in the area.
