hi john. here's a " food for thought" slogan. do you know what the word JOB stands for?

A good routine makes life easier. I'm a new investor and I was curious as to how many house a day other people would put toward the business and what they do with their time.

In 2013 I spent two weeks in Georgia with my RE agent daily pounding the pavement and looking at scores of houses in various neighborhoods.Between June 2013 and December 2013, I purchased 5 properties, made six trips to Atlanta.

This is something that I work with on a daily basis.  

The road it sits on has about daily traffic about 30,000, so it has very good exposure.

Don't they have to pay utilities and gas and food etc?

Needless to say I am completely sold and now slowly transitioning to dedicate to RE full time with an acquisition firm in South FL were I will be connecting investors with our acquisitions and gaining full knowledge on a daily basis. 

I go back and forth with  that daily.

I have short credit history, just switched lines of work (from food service to insurance adjuster) and have no savings, my parents have no equity on their house, none of my friends seem interested to join me so it has me asking... is passion and motivation enough?

I'm a property manager for a large apartment complex by day so I'm familiar with the landlord deal and am excited about it.I've been listening to the BP podcasts daily while commuting and they've got me excited for everything we can do with real estate now that we've taken that step to purchase a second home, finally.
