I’m working on performing a BRRR process on two hangars in a 10 hangar row at the Glendale Municipal Airport (KGEU) in the Phoenix valley.

If you are to make an offer to purchase the property the seller in this case has the option to honor your offer to purchase and not lease the property while your loan to purchase the property is in process.

I would suggest finding an investor friendly agent who has PM and GC contacts that can make the process very seamless for you. 

Cleaning out the property - the designated next-of-kin and executor will be responsible for removing and dispersing the deceased tenant’s belongings before the lease period is over.Unfortunately, it does look like this can be a long process and patience will be needed as you will be dealing with an estate. 

There are plenty of doctors that are able to have a high earning job and invest in STR and use those losses to offset their income.

That is a different process. 

Having this experience with your first deal can help you identify what services and processes you want your future management companies to provide and follow. 

In an attempt to simplify explaining the process, so it can be understood, I am leaving out details that I cover in other posts and in training.

I am not a computer engineer but it seems like it would be easy to toggle some popular amenities to segregate out the comps and get different projections, for example.

It looks like the only drawback is the approval process that need the lenders to approve the deals.I saw one short sell in my area and I wonder if any of you have already found a bad short sell deals ?
