When I say there is 20+ Pros on the forum I mean there are at least 20 different tax professionals and/or companies that specialize in real estate on this forum who would be able to help you.

The actual war in this battle is between tech company vs MLS/brokerage.Tech company want to disturb the whole NAR/MLS monopoly that no longer relevant in 2024.

Alternatively, you could open unsecured business credit lines and cards to tap for short-term use to cover down payments and closing costs (there's a company that specializes in helping real estate investors do this).

If you can get in contact with some local PM companies or realtors, that can just chat about the area that would help you out a lot!  

Obviously I'm digging up an old thread but would you mind PM'ing the name / company you use for property management (or just posting it in this thread)?  

I recomend doing a web search on them in terms of their company and work social accounts.

My Mom experiences this running her small biz painting company.
