Id start with craigslist, homes for rent by owner, if you are near a military base there are several sites that are specific to military families, if you are near a college there will be boards for posting housing.

I would like to think that I am able for you to listen to, and in spite of my head surgery I am wind that I am an honors college graduate and worth listening to.What I would suggest to you about having the right real estate people is to call around the real estate offices and ask the things you are looking for and get some referrals.

- I used the 4% vacancy as I figured about 80% of the units would be college students which are really only in the unit August - May but you price there rent as if they were paying for the full year.
