Los Angeles ordinance/moratorium makes this very difficult to navigate.On top of it, he has indicated he could pay but is waiting for this program to pay.

So if a handy man works for a co and sees X limit on 100% of the WO's for years and then yours rolls through with a differnet number, there is potential for an issue.Best to just find a manager that works within your comfort zone.  

To me, an investment-minded agent in Colorado, I think communication and competence are what buyers should look for in an agent.Communication is two things to me: quick responses and clear articulation of concepts.
