We're watching major tech companies like Google and Facebook spend hundreds of millions of dollars on new data centers, Nationwide, Chase, CoverMyMeds, and Ohio State have a huge footprint here as well, and that doesn't even include the half-a-dozen other fortune 500 companies.

Furthermore, Amazon just put a large distribution center up near Kolb and Valencia and has been hiring the 1,500 jobs they need for the plant.

You can find a lot of cheap houses in the midwest, but are they in rust belt towns, or in Urban centers?
