Could anyone share with some more details on how you feel about the services and if there's any hidden fees?

Partnerships can get a bit messy:Partnerships need to have contributions between two or more people, sharing in profits and losses Partnerships are passthrough: they dont pay tax, the owners do via the schedule k1 then on the 1040The amount on the k1 is not necessarily a distribution.

My question is, how should the partnership be structured so that each partner pays their share of taxes at the end of the year? 

What he fails to share is that he had a $300k/year salary before he got started.

Also, any leads on solid contractors that you wouldn't mind sharing would be great! 

My tenant says she's uncomfortable sharing laundry facilities.  

Maybe if you shared some more details about your plans it would allow people to be more helpful.
