Who is responsible for losses?

The bigger ones 20+ are relatively few and far between but same kinda rule applies what does sell trades primarily off market.

OR many of those I know have done really well owning any variety of business's  in our market bigger sub contractors will do far better than real estate investors less risk more money.. 

@William Dolinko bigger pockets has a hard money lender directory, plus there are some large national lenders as well.

@Daniel Sprague I drive a lot for my job, you might want to listen to the bigger pockets podcasts.  

I'm too skeptical for some things thought.... 1st I have no numbers in my hands since the seller never involved in renting the apts , 2nd Do you think I'm exposed to a bigger risk since it is the beginning and I will not have a steady cash flow out of short-term renting?
