With 4 members in the LLC remember that personal financial statements, credit scores, etc. of each member are needed for most loans. ( Sometimes not for strong properties, low LTVs or hard money. ) The viewed viability of the LLC by the lender is only as strong as the weakest member.

I personally ask them questions like if a stranger viewed their home what condition would they say the exterior and interior are in based off of a scale from 1-10.

I majored in entrepreneurship at Baylor University and it helped tremendously in how I run my investment business, but otherwise in getting a career it was limiting as it is viewed as a general business degree.No offense to Real Estate Agents as well - I am one lol.Just my two cents.I hope this helps.Leon

If you go to citi-data and view the demographics it reads something like: % of renters: 62% Median house value: $89,200Median property tax: $1,097...etcWhat this doesn't tell you is the west side is more family owned homes that can run upwards of $1million.

If I new how to put pictures on the threads I would send you some of ours you would be astonished to see the resemblances .I am currently building out in the Oregon wine country and we did use the attic space for bonus room.. by simply changing truss design.. we added 700 sq feet for about 11k.. added cost of truss's got the framer to just do time and materials building the stair and framing in the room..
