Start here with the forums, read our blog and other articles, go to the library and get some books about investing, and so on.Once you start to have questions, you can search for the answers using our search options.

If you have specific areas of interest, start reading the topics in those areas as a follow up.

Not a pleasant topic around these parts because their recruits tend to try to recruit new members from our members.

I think one of the best things to do is join a local Real Estate Investors group, read books, and of course follow BiggerPockets articles so that you can learn as much as you can while you are saving up for your first property.

Ive been wanting to buy a plasma TV for 3 years now, and I think I might test out this article at the local best buy, to see if they really want to negotiate.
