Ask about any unforeseen challenges that have come up (there always are, so not all challenges are a red flag), and overall let them know you're an involved LP who likes to be kept up to date on things

All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares. 

It was resolved after I provided all the things they requested including a photo of myself holding a sign with the date and Avail written on it.

Basically just doing only the necessary and putting all appliances myself.

Of course, with all things, the situation varies and no one on these forums has seen your underlying documents and the actual terms, and thus, you should consult with legal counsel specific to your situation. 

Call customer service with a local title insurance company and ask for a trio (printout, map and deed).If all you are wanting is the name of the owner the title co should just give you that verbally.
