A QI doesn’t need to be local, they do need to be trustworthy and knowledgeable.

The right person has to do more with character traits and innate capabilities than with specific knowledge, background or skill.

Awesome, not sure if anyone has said this yet and it may be common knowledge, my advice is to build your credit as soon as possible.
