I only used gmail, docusign.. send my offer with the contract accepted send to title company re listed it on craigslist and send a friend on foot overthere where the peoperty was located to place a sign for me. 2 weeks later the first offer I got was just $3000 spread, I took it.

Alex, unfortunately i do not think there is a way around that, they want to make sure that you would have the training of all the ethic laws and finance laws of being an agent and a broker. you would need 75 hrs of schooling, test, plus the time as an agent then i believe there is more schooling and tests to become a Broker.

I was told my Certified checks that were made out to “MY LLC” would not be accepted to transfer over to the sheriff office and my winning bid was nullified and the property was re-auctioned.
