Lesson learned Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

- a lender in Cleveland, preferably someone who works with foreign investors.

I do realize bank financing isn't available to everyone for a lot of different reasons, but it would seem really hard to make a deal work with those terms. 

Just wondering what action you took after getting BP advice and how it worked out for you.

Love the real estate business for the same reason, I think it's great if you like working with people :)
