You see, many a solider is talked into buying with a VA loan because entry into a mortgage is easy and you have no skin in the game.  

If you have a beat up house or miss a payment, expect 10 postcards a day.IMO the only way to do well in that game is to find a few legit buyers for a particular submarket, and then get to know that submarket inside and out. 

Female investors are learning the game now.  

Im pretty new to the real estate investment game, im a licensed contractor in nyc and actually closing on my first flip next month, i also have a duplex in bought in 2015 which was a great investment paid 450k and its appraised at 650 just a short while later and postive 1200 cahsflow per month.

Whether you are new to the game or you've been around the block a few times, having access to funding is key to growing a real estate portfolio.

In the mean time I'm looking to connect with like minded individuals in the area whether it be seasoned vets in the game or less experienced investors like myself.

Knowing the exact cause and solution would go a long way because if it's a guessing game, the buyer could make this into something it is not.
