A warzone neighborhood is heavily crime riddled from home invasions, carjacking, to purse snatching, drug infestation, unkepted lawns, trashed streets, abandoned vehicles(which oddly enough Philadelphia local officials have taken a stand on those back in the 1990s and they are rarely seen at all today but the blight houses still exist heavily).

In general, real estate is a great investment, but just like any other investment vehicle it could tank leaving you in bankruptcy if you're not careful.

I am currently reading the guide, and as far a vehicles go, I'm more drawn to the 1-4 unit properties.

People can't find a new place requiring a deposit (or put their stuff in storage) and rent moving vehicles without real cash.

I will have to make payments on that loan and I definitely don't want to default otherwise the corporation will become the owner of the vehicle through repossession.

Think about throwing an 8ft tall fence up and renting it out for storage of vehicles and boats.

OFfer to take vehicles to a scrap yard, or show them how to donate the car and get tax benefits, tell them where a junkyard is where they can get money for parts, etc.not your responsibility,but it will be your gain in the end!

I do not know of anyone setting up an off shore company yet but I was told by an attorney that this is the vehicle he uses.

My only experience has been with vehicle insurance coverage, and I've never had any issues, but I know there are a lot of people who distrust the insurance companies when it comes to fulfilling claims...I'm curious if that's a justified distrust or just a bad stereotype of insurers?

It is funny how so many do claim that, but only if you can and are willing to hold long term, do I see R/E being the vehicle of choice.
