A warzone neighborhood is heavily crime riddled from home invasions, carjacking, to purse snatching, drug infestation, unkepted lawns, trashed streets, abandoned vehicles(which oddly enough Philadelphia local officials have taken a stand on those back in the 1990s and they are rarely seen at all today but the blight houses still exist heavily).

OFfer to take vehicles to a scrap yard, or show them how to donate the car and get tax benefits, tell them where a junkyard is where they can get money for parts, etc.not your responsibility,but it will be your gain in the end!

My only experience has been with vehicle insurance coverage, and I've never had any issues, but I know there are a lot of people who distrust the insurance companies when it comes to fulfilling claims...I'm curious if that's a justified distrust or just a bad stereotype of insurers?
