And you are also correct in mentioning that you can manage it yourself.. just like you can also mow the lawn yourself and clear the snow yourself... nothing wrong with that.

We are getting 2000 a month in rent tenants cover utilities except for garbage, water, lawn care and snow removal.

We were originally looking for a vacation home/condo to rent to snow birds in the winter and for us to use in the summer.
